Here & There Transit offers transportation services designed to meet the mobility needs of you and your family.

Reservations

Here & There Transit operates “demand response” service throughout Barbour County whereby you can reserve travel to and from your home to any destination within the county.  Demand response reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance.  Customers who require demand response service for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) are encouraged to schedule their ride as soon as they acquire appointment dates and times. .   

Reservations are not required, however, for the new Blue & Gray Loop in Philippi that begins service on July 1.  You can hop onboard anywhere along the travel route. If you live within ¾ mile of the travel route, you can schedule a pick up and ride the Loop to your destination.  The Blue & Gray Loop serves locations throughout the Philippi community, including apartment complexes, stores, restaurants and health care facilities.    

Wheelchair Accessibility

Here & There Transit vehicles are equipped with wheelchair lifts to accommodate passengers who require transportation within their mobility devices.
